memberships

Appointments must Provide 48 hours notice for any reschedule or cancellation, failure to provide notice will result in the forfeiture of the booked treatment

membership payment plans are provided by a third party payment provider, these can be debited weekly, fortnightly or monthly.

Missed payments or insufficient funds incur a fee of $7.00 + 2% transaction fee ($2.25) and $1.12 Surcharge transaction fee.

Must have a minimum of 6 visits

Non Transferrable

Appointments must be conducted at recommended intervals

All treatments to be completed prior to the final payment

Memberships expire after the initial term as set out in your treatment plan. if your membership expires or you choose not to continue receiving treatments, no refund will be applied.

Memberships may be cancelled after the initial 6 month term

Medical conditions

When making your reservation, please advise us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries that might affect your experience, including any illness, injury or skin conditions to ensure your treatment is tailored accordingly.

HOW LONG BEFORE A TREATMENT SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Please arrive 10 minutes before your treatment is scheduled.

This gives you and your therapist time to plan the perfect treatment experience. This also gives you time to relax in our lounge and settle into the atmosphere.

During this time we can collect information that is required to ensure that your treatment meets your needs. If you arrive late, we may have to reduce your treatment time. We’ll do our best to avoid that, but it’s not always possible.

 

Pregnancy

We have treatments designed specially for mums-to-be and nursing mums.

Our therapists can take you through your options.

Cancellations

All appointment cancellations, rescheduling or changes must be made with at least 48 hours’ notice.

All appointments must be reserved with a deposit or a valid credit card number that is securely kept on file.

Deposits are not refundable. 
If you give us more than 48 hours’ notice before rescheduling or cancelling, we will be able to credit your booking deposit to your next visit.

Any rescheduling or cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment time will incur a cancellation fee equal to the total booking deposit paid.

Once you book an appointment, you will receive a text message asking you to secure the appointment with either a deposit or your credit card information. 
We will send you an appointment reminder 48 hours before your scheduled appointment, followed by another reminder 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

We understand that emergencies can arise, but we do ask that you give us as much advance notice as possible so that we can try our best to be accommodating in rescheduling you and filling your appointment time.

If your appointment is not secured with a deposit or credit card information, we will make every effort to contact you before it is cancelled from our system.
All no-show appointments will be charged the full amount of the booking cost. 
This no-show fee must be paid before we will accept any additional bookings if your deposit does not fully cover the cost of your appointment.
We appreciate your understanding of our clinic’s policies and respect  for our team’s time.

Gift vouchers

 

Share the love with a gift voucher. Avoca Cosmetology gift certificates are available for all treatments, products and packages or for specified amounts.

Expired Vouchers will not be honored unless prior arrangements have been made.

In order to redeem, voucher code must be provided at the time of booking. Please present your Gift Voucher, for redemption at the time of your appointment or purchase.

Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment or ‘no show’ will result in a forfeiture of your Gift voucher. 

 Gift vouchers are not transferrable or redeemable for cash

Gift Vouchers are redeemable for the original purchase amount only. we will allow purchaser to state $ amount on the voucher or the suggested treatment they would like the recipient to receive. Any price restructure will be applied to the original purchase amount.

 

What's the minimum age limit?

We cater for all ages in our beautiful clinic.  Under 16s must have a parent or legal gaurdians permission.

This section is here to set out the expectations for both you and us.

We strive to excel at what we do, because we want you to come back. We are always happy to make some minor adjustments to certain services to suit you or your condition.

It is our job, to advise you on how you can prolong and add value to the performed service. Don’t take it the wrong way. We wouldn’t be doing our jobs if we didn’t let you know what to expect and how best to ‘home care’ yourself after receiving your treatment.

If we are discussing products with you – we are by no means wanting to push something onto you that you don’t need or don’t want. We are simply trying to pass on some of our knowledge to you, so can have the best outcome or result possible.

We will also do our best to give you a clear expectation of how long you should expect your treatment to last after receiving it – but please understand every body is different and that’s what makes the world exciting but it also means that your body/lifestyle may impact your treatment results, for this reason we cant make specific guarantees.

We love what we do, and we hope you do too! We ALWAYS conduct in a professional, and respectful manner and ask that you do the same.

In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your treatment, we ask that you let us know as soon as possible so we may make it right for you.

 

 

Product Guarantee

We offer a product satisfaction guarantee – if you purchase a product from us and the product is unsuitable due to reaction/ allergy, faulty packaging or the product was not as explained. Please bring the product back to us within 7 days of purchase to have it exchanged or a salon credit applied.

Empty products will not be accepted.
